Ms. Andrews moved, with MR. Kiley seconding, to approve the Minutes of March 5, 2015 as presented. Motion approved 4-0. (Ashmore abstained as he was not present at the March 5th meeting.)

No conflict of interest was reported. Lili Andrews, Bill Hanley, Dennis Kiley, David Ashmore and Meredith Randolph are the voting members for this meeting. It was confirmed the notice was published March 19 and 26, 2015 in the Mount Desert Islander.
MOTION TO CONTINUE THE HEARING AS REQUESTED BY EDMOND BEAROR WAS MADE BY MR. KILEY; SECONDED BY MS. RANDOLPH. MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY (5-0).
Mr. Shencavitz wanted to address the Board regarding the grandfathering decision made by the Board without opportunity for public comment. CEO Keene said that the sole purpose of this meeting was to discuss the continuance of the hearing. Chairman Hanley stated that the Board had already discussed and voted to proceed with the application review and to give the public opportunity for comment on the grandfathering issue at the end of the application review.
